At Victory Hill Church, Pastors Millie and Peter De Jesús serve as co-pastors, leading with one heart and one mission.

Pastor Millie, our Lead Pastor, carries the responsibility of casting vision, teaching God’s Word, and guiding the spiritual direction of the church. She leads our pastoral team and sets the pace for growth, discipleship, and ministry development.

Pastor Peter, our Co-Lead Pastor, faithfully supports the vision and mission of VHC with wisdom, stability, and a servant-hearted spirit. He actively ministers through preaching, leading worship, and shepherding—using his gifts to stir faith and deepen the church’s connection to God’s presence. In every role, he brings balance, insight, and care, helping to strengthen and carry out the mission of the house.

Together, they are a dynamic team — passionate about building the Kingdom, championing families, and creating a church that reflects the love and power of Jesus Christ.

Chris & Sam Sweeney – Young Adult Pastors
Chris and Sam pastor our young adult community with authenticity, vision, and a deep love for people. They are passionate about helping the next generation find purpose, identity, and connection in Christ. They meet every Sunday Night at 7:00pm in Waxahachie.

John & Lindi Saine – Youth Pastors
John and Lindi lead our youth with energy, compassion, and a heart to see students encounter Jesus in real and transformative ways. Through weekly services, discipleship, and mentorship, they are shaping the future of the Church. They meet every Wednesday night at 6:45pm VHC.

Tyler & Christian Fielden and Ric & Alexa Vargas – Kids Ministry Team Leaders
This dynamic team leads our Kids Ministry with joy, creativity, and a strong commitment to raising up the next generation in God’s Word. Together, they create a safe and engaging environment where children can grow in faith and know they are deeply loved by God.

Gabriella Quist – Worship Leader
Gabriella leads our church into powerful, Spirit-filled worship each week. With a heart for God's presence and a passion for excellence, she helps create an atmosphere where people can encounter Jesus through praise and worship.

Jackson Quist – Production & Media Director
Jackson oversees all things production, including sound, visuals, livestream, and media content. His creativity and attention to detail help bring clarity and impact to every service and digital platform.
